Full Compass Systems, an audio, video, lighting and A/V sales firm, has named Jim Ripp as their new assistant sales manager. Ripp has years of experience in sales, customer service and technical support related to the music industry, including starting education and training programs.

FULL COMPASS SYSTEMS APPOINTS JIM RIPP AS ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Madison, WI – Full Compass Systems, a national leader in professional audio, video, lighting, A/V and musical instrument sales, has selected Jim Ripp as its new Assistant Sales Manager.  Ripp has a wide range of sales and management experience related to the music industry and will be a solid addition to the Full Compass Sales team.

Ripp studied at the University of Wisconsin - School of Music with a dual degree in Piano Performance and K-12 Music Education.  While there, he began working at Forbes-Meagher Music Company as a Sales/General Manager, and also served as their Director of Education.  In addition to handling sales and accounting functions at Forbes, Ripp managed a team of 18 and developed music training programs for youth and seniors.  In 1993, Ripp began working concurrently for Falcetti Music Co. as a Store Manager, Sales Representative and Teacher. In this multi-faceted position, he managed a team of employees and teachers while gaining extensive experience in sales, customer service and technical support.
